Job Description:

As the IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our information technology systems, with a strong focus on SAP ERP implementation and maintenance. This position offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned IT professional to contribute to the efficiency and growth of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP ERP Implementation and Management:

1. Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the SAP ERP system to optimize manufacturing processes.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP ERP across various departments.
3. Provide user training and support to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
4. Continuously assess and improve SAP ERP performance and functionalities.

IT Infrastructure Management:

1. Oversee the management, maintenance, and security of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
2. Implement and maintain disaster recovery and data backup procedures.
3. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and best practices.

ment Expertise:

1. Develop and manage the IT department budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
2. Evaluate and select external vendors and technology partners, negotiating contracts as necessary.
3. Monitor vendor performance to ensure service level agreements are met.

Strategic Planning:

1. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Identify emerging technologies and trends that can enhance manufacturing processes and efficiency.

IT Support and Troubleshooting:

1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve IT issues promptly.
2. Maintain an efficient helpdesk system to address user concerns effectively.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP certification) are a plus.
2. Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in SAP ERP implementation and management.
3. In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP systems.
4. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and data management.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing IT teams.
6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7. Familiarity with industry-specific compliance and regulatory requirements.
